Continuing training and education for employees and team members through live and recorded professional seminars is available through Redentity. The seminars can be utilized in large and small group settings, and incorporate slide and video content for varied learning experiences.
Each live seminar is engaging, humorous, serious, and full of stories and anecdotes in which listeners can connect and relate. Previously recorded seminars have a Redentity consultant speaking directly to the online audience through the camera where the slide presentation is seamlessly weaved throughout the teaching for the participants to following along. This creates a directed and personal feel for our clients, which has been well received. Please see this short clip on “Leader Self Awareness” for an example.
Currently, Redentity has 14 core leadership seminars for our clients. We can also create custom presentations to meet a client's interests and needs.
Most seminars and workshop range from 45 to 90 minutes and include a summary of major points to process and next steps for further individual and team development.
Our current list of seminars includes:
"You" (Develop what you already have) We dig into the real, talented, designed "you" through a blunt and myth-busting talk that is designed to hit "YOU" between the eyes!
You have the time

Active Listening - (Hearing the Complete Message) Most leaders DO NOT listen nearly as well as they think. A leader must train to be an active listener. We cover this humorous yet serious topic through:

All Systems are Go - (Learning How to Launch Effectively) Leaders often feel the call or pull toward more. Many do not venture into the challenge. Some crash forward leaving a wake of damage. An effective launch method is critical for a team to follow a leader and a leader to lead a team. We discuss this and more through:
Get in the Way - (Lead on Purpose; Leading with Purpose) The world doesn’t care what you want or need. By in large, you will not get what you want or need until you make the necessary decisions to be taken seriously. And this cannot and will not happen until you take YOU seriously.

The Great Collision- (Finding your Great Passion-the hardest and most essential journey of your life) "Leading from (not with) passion ignites; leading from obligation and expectation exterminates." Is finding your personal passion really that important? Re-read the quote. Are you igniting fires of excellence and goodness within yourself and those around you? Are you fulfilling your life's purpose (and you DO have one!)?

Dimensions of Value
Honor and Respect - (Knowing what to keep and what to give) People desire to be honored and respected. Yet our culture is moving quickly away from these ideals. Many leaders have not been instilled with honor and respect and therefore do not know how to bestow them on those they lead. This teaching often brings great introspection and conviction for the student.

Humility and Teachability - (the unexpectedly good taste of humble pie) Humanity overwhelmingly flocks to the one who is confident, strong, knowledgeable… a winner. And often that person "believes the press". Leaders constantly rise… AND constantly fall. The path of humility and teachability is narrow and subtle. And most critical to survive.

Telling your stories of failure
Innovation 1 - (When lemon's the fruit…) Ideas happen! …and… You will be opposed; employees happen; family happens; work happens; life happens; Things always happen which work to roughen the road." It is a great sifter that reveals the vitality of the idea and idea holder.
Innovation 2 - (When the idea turns out to be a lemon…) People fail. Leaders try again… and again… and again. When your original idea seems to be headed for a crash landing, "let your innovation innovate". Nuggets of gold are being made. Let it happen and dig in to find the truth… which always leads to clarity… and eventually success.
Integrity and Morality - (the foundation that guides decisions and actions) In the world today, integrity ebbs and flows because morality has cracked. One's leadership strength and surety depends upon the foundation on which it is built. Most leaders don't understand the root of their convictions, nor how to investigate and evaluate the foundation on which their principles depend.

Perception Reality - ("Perception is reality, and mine is never totally accurate.") A leader's Personality drives the way he thinks, interacts, and reacts. She leads through her personality; She communicates through her personality. And the people he leads have a personality that usually different than his… which often creates confusion and frustration and leads to stalled momentum and overall success… The key for a leader to know themselves and their people!

Re-vision - (The concept of looking again) Vusi Thembekwayo said, "Staff don't care about numbers… they only care about the vision of the organization and what you want to do." And yet most organizations have a vision that outdated and uninspiring. It leaves the people feeling weak and impotent in their purpose and efforts. It's a leadership failure that need not be.

The Continual Learner - (Leaders never arrive) The process of gaining knowledge in leaders seems to peak early in the soon-to-be diminishing leader's professional life. The growing leader must hunger for education in many facets regardless of age or achievement. Becoming and remaining a Continual Learner requires certain key character traits.
The Servant Leader - (The concept of looking again) The Notion of the servant leader is altrustic and is therefore attractive… in theory. But the cost of being a servant leader requires more than most understand. There is a short term penalty in servant leadership. And there is most desirable long term character traits produced out of servant leadership.
